Group Exercise classes are a great social way to help build your confidence and accountability while making you smile! Providing numerous benefits, including social interaction, routine and motivation. If you love being a part of a community our classes foster a great community environment that makes you feel welcome, excited and keeps you coming back for more.
Catering to a range of ages and abilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness aimed at training your mind as well as the body.
Class Descriptions
Aqua Exercise: These classes focus on aerobic endurance, resistance training, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere with music. Designed to be less impact than standard exercise classes, it is a great way to get a workout in without the achy muscles and joints!
Kickboxing: low to high impact training based on your level- all levels welcome! Come and sweat it up in this high cardio kickboxing sesh.
Senior Circuit: a standard circuit class, with a little less impact! Designed for our senior members, this class will get you moving and active, while working with lighter weights and lower impact exercises. Also great for beginners!
Circuit: Try your hand at multiple exercises in one session! Designed to target each muscle group, this class will get your heart rate up and your blood pumping. Using weights and your own body, it is a great way to stay motivated by avoiding repetition.
Step: Using steps, give your legs a workout by doing choreographed exercises to fun music! Fantastic for cardio and lower body, this class will get the blood flowing.
Defence: Low impact training, undergoing practical defensive techniques combined with weighted full body exercises. Great for strength. All levels welcome.
Yoga: Stretch and soothe the body and muscles with our delightful Yoga class. Great for recovery, flexibility and strength, Yoga is a slow paced, meditative essential for the body.
Zumba: A high intensity dance class set to Latin inspired music! Burn those calories while shaping those hips and having the time of your life.
Pilates: This class is a series of exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles.
Technique: Low impact training, developing striking and defensive technique, strength and flexibility. All levels welcome.
